1. Shipping Coverage

JAS TEXTILE delivers across India through trusted logistics partners. We cover all major cities, tier 2/3 cities, and most PIN codes. For remote or difficult-to-access areas, please check with us before ordering.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation and payment verification. During festive seasons (Durga Puja, Diwali etc.), processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

3. Delivery Timelines

Metro Cities (Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days
Tier 2/3 Cities: 5-8 business days
Remote Areas: 7-12 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on courier partner performance and external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹2,000: Free Shipping
Orders below ₹2,000: Flat rate of ₹99

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details via WhatsApp and email. You can track your order in real-time using the tracking number provided.

6. Packaging

All products are carefully packed in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Sarees and fabrics are folded with tissue paper and placed in branded pouches.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after 2 attempts, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
