Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
- To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
3. Eligible for Returns
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong product received
- Significant colour difference from product images
- Size exchange (subject to availability)
4. Not Eligible for Returns
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Products without original tags and packaging
- Fabric by the meter (once cut)
- Products returned after the 7-day window
- Natural variations in handloom/handmade products (slight colour or weave differences are characteristics of handcraft, not defects)
5. Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp (+91-93333 53666) or email (support@jastextile.in) within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order details, product photos, and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share return shipping instructions.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI/bank transfer).
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong product.
7. Exchange
Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns. If the desired size is not available, we will process a full refund.
